Dr. Baxter has published nearly 20 scientific articles in areas such as heterocyclic chemistry and stereochemistry. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Princeton University, and his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law School.
