Evan Smith is an Associate in the firm’s Electrical/Mechanical Practice group where he focuses on preparing and prosecuting patent applications for domestic and international clients. He is experienced in materials science, semiconductor devices, biomedical technologies, software, and drug delivery.
Prior to joining Oblon, Evan earned his bachelor’s degree from Johns Hopkins University where he performed research into encapsulation technologies for small molecule drugs as well as biocompatible materials for use in surgical embolization procedures.
