Lisa M. Mandrusiak is a senior associate in the firm's Litigation and a Post-Grant proceeding practice groups and is a member of the Life Science group.
Ms. Mandrusiak is recognized as a leading practitioner in Post-Grant proceedings at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (including IPRs and CBMs), where she has been named as counsel on over 60 individual matters.
In addition to litigating cases in federal courts and at the International Trade Commission, Ms. Mandrusiak advises her clients on litigation procedure and strategies, litigation avoidance, and the overall protection, exploitation, and enforcement of global patent portfolios.
With an educational background in molecular biology and genetics, she has a keen understanding of the sciences and technologies involved in her clients’ chemical, biochemical, biomedical and pharmaceutical inventions. She obtained her Masters and Bachelors of Science degrees from McGill University in Montreal, Canada and her Juris Doctor from the University of Maine.
